How To Order

 

Viewing & By Appointment

Viewings can be arranged Monday - Friday 10 am - 4 pm, or Saturdays & Evenings at request.

Appointments usually last 45 minutes to an hour. 

If you are unable to make your appointment or think you may be late, please let us know - we work on an hourly basis & may have another viewing booked in to follow.

Please bring your outfit & accessories when you visit, or colour swatch if this is not possible, to ensure a good colour match. 

If you are having your outfit made, it may be possible for Sara to incorporate fabric from your outfit into your headwear.

If you wish to try your outfit on while you look, a changing room is available.

Designs can be chosen straight from the collection in your choice of colour & a dyeing service is available.

 

A bespoke service is also available. 

Placing An Order In Person:

Please take a moment to view our Terms and Conditions, you must agree to these before placing an order.

The bespoke dyeing service costs an additional £30, this may increase depending on the number of colours that are required.

Please note - due to the nature of the fabrics and dyeing process, an exact colour match may not always be possible,

we will always make sure the colour is as close as possible and of the same tone.

A 50% non-refundable retainer payment is required to confirm your order. 

The remaining sum is due on collection.

Payments can be made in person by cash, cheque or BACS transfer.

 

Wherever possible, please allow 4 - 6 weeks order time.

Advance orders are also welcome - it's never too early to choose your hat.

Last minute orders may also be possible, it's always worth getting in touch to see if we can help.

Hire:

Prefer to not to buy or looking for a last minute solution?

Our collection of sample hats are also available to hire and whilst we don't hold a large stock of colours, it's always worth getting in touch to see how we can help.

Hiring a hat can only be arranged in person with a visit to the studio.

Full payment for hire will be taken at the time of booking and this will secure your date.

A cash retainer will be taken upon collection of the hat and will be returned to you when you the hat is returned.

In the event the hat is damaged we will be unable to return the retainer payment.

Mail Order:

 

Please get in touch via email, phone or using our contact form, quoting the name and number of the hat that

you are interested in. 

If you wish to discuss further details such as size or colour, please give us a call. 

 

A bespoke service is also available. 

Feel free to email any inspirational photographs to aid the design process.

Dyeing service available upon request - for colour matching, please post fabric swatches. 

Colour matching starts at an additional £30 charge (depending on how many colours you require).

Mail order requires full payment at the time of order to confirm.

Payment can be made via BACS transfer or a cheque with prior confirmation.

Postage will be charged in addition, please enquire for prices, as they vary depending upon the order.

The finished hat will be sent in a hat box via Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcel Force, and will require a signature on delivery.
