We’ve made a few changes in order to become Covid-19 secure.
Rest assured the changes have been made with your health and wellbeing in mind.
We will continue to follow social distancing guidelines as long as necessary
and to implement changes when required.
For the time being when you get in touch please be aware of the following:
⦁ Sara is currently working from home, visiting the studio for appointments when needed.
Please arrive at your appointment on time and let us know if you are delayed.
⦁ Please do not visit if you are feeling unwell, showing symptoms of Covid-19 or have been in contact with a Covid positive case within the last 14 days.
In this case let us know and we will be happy to rearrange your appointment.
⦁ Face Coverings will be required in the studio
(please let us know if you are unable to wear a mask prior to your visit).
⦁ Please attend your appointment alone if possible or with one other family/bubble member.
⦁ When you try hats on, for peace of mind, there will be 48 hours in between appointments.
⦁ Feel free to bring your outfit and a fabric swatch to leave if needed.
⦁ Please keep 1 meter plus apart & follow the markers we've used to remind you.
⦁ As well as regular cleaning at the studio, hand sanitiser will be available, please use it before touching the hats.
⦁ Where ever possible please pay online via BACS, or by card, we will still accept cash or CHQ if you can't.
If you would prefer not to visit in person then please get in touch by phone, email or direct message to discuss ideas.
If you wish, a follow up virtual appointment can be arranged via Zoom or similar platform.
The finished creation will then be delivered by post or may be collected in person from our door.
