Life has changed ...
… for us all over the last few months.
We’ve made a few changes in order to become Covid-19 secure.
Rest assured the changes have been made with your health and wellbeing in mind.
We will continue to follow social distancing guidelines as long as necessary.
Despite this we are back and looking forward to delivering a safe and enjoyable visit!
For the time being when you get in touch please be aware of the following:
⦁ There will be limited appointments available Monday, Wednesday & Fridays.
⦁ If you can please wear a face mask when you visit.
⦁ Only one person may visit at a time.
⦁ When you try hats on, for peace of mind, there will be 48 hours in between appointments.
⦁ Feel free to bring your outfit and a fabric swatch to leave if needed.
⦁ Changing room and toilet facilities will not be available for the time being.
⦁ Please keep 2mtrs apart & follow the markers we've used to remind you.
⦁ As well as regular cleaning at the studio, hand sanitiser will be available to use when you arrive and again before trying on the hats.
⦁ Where ever possible please pay online either by BACS, or through your online invoice, we will still accept cash or CHQ if you can't.
⦁ Please do not visit if you are feeling unwell, showing symptoms of Covid-19 or have been told to isolate, in this case let us know and we will be happy to rearrange your appointment.
If you would prefer not to visit in person then please get in touch by phone, email or direct message to discuss ideas.
If you wish, a follow up virtual appointment can be arranged via Zoom or similar platform.
The finished creation will then be delivered by post or may be collected in person from our door.
