To arrange an appointment please contact Sara, or if you are farther afield we can discuss your requirements via email or over the phone.
Any design on the website can be recreated in alternative colours and bespoke designs are welcomed if you are looking for something unique. We recommend at least three weeks order time and once your creation is ready it can be collected in person or delivered to you.
All creations from Sara Gadd Millinery are made-to-order so please be sure about your choice.
• Colour matching – In order to dye colours please either bring your outfit accessories or a swatch of fabric with you when you visit, or you may post a swatch if this is not possible.
Due to the nature of materials, variations in colour may occur and it is not always possible to achieve an exact colour; however we always aim to get the closest match possible.
• Orders in person - A 50% non refundable deposit is required when you place your order in person, the final sum is payable upon collection.
• Mail Orders – please note when you order either over the phone or via email, payment will be required in full, or 50% of this payment is classed as a non refundable deposit.

• Payment Methods - cash, cheque, PayPal, money transfer.
• Cancellations/Changes to Order - More often than not the designs are made-to-order, we will try to accommodate changes or additions to your order however this may incur additional charges and may not always be possible. In the event you should wish to cancel, prior to the item being made, it will not be possible to refund your deposit.
• Refunds/Exchanges - As designs are made-to-order, to your specifications; Sara Gadd Millinery can not offer refunds. In the unlikely event an item is faulty we will endeavour to correct the fault.
